Calculating a fair price for shipping and handling, for both the consumer and the retailer, is always a difficult process due to factors like:
- Rising shipping costs
- Best method
- Geographical Location
- Domestic versus Foreign rates
- Combination of products ordered, etc.
While we continue to search for the best method of shipping at reasonable rates, it is the policy of The Flow Pur Company to automatically reimburse our customers for any difference of $2.00 or more between online calculations and actual shipping costs. No action is required on the customer's part. We will automatically issue a refund check.
Shipping Destinations: Presently, our U.S. domestic shipping rates only apply to online orders placed from and being shipped within the 48 contiguous states. If you would like to place an order from, and have it shipped to, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas or the Virgin Islands, e-mail us with the items you would like to order along with a complete shipping address and we will reply with a shipping and handling quote.
